You will however want to keep in mind different jets will offer different meal preparation abilities. For example the light jets are often too small to incorporate a kitchen/galley into. Therefore, these jets do not have the heating or warming capabilities you may need or want for some of your meal options. Heavy size jets often have galleys which food can be stored and prepared. Some of the jets, depending on their size and the length of the trip will also have attendants that are able to serve you your meal(s). Please keep all of these things mind when requesting your menu.
